Yes, in case you want to zZz a bit longer we offer late check-out upon request. Please note this is depending on availability on the day itself untill 15:00 hours A surcharge applies of € 30 or 50€ until 18:00
Do you offer early check in?
No, early check-ins cannot be booked nor guaranteed. We always try our best to have the room ready as soon as possible. In case you arrive before 14:00 hours, we are happy to store your luggage in our secured storage room
What time is breakfast?
The breakfast buffet is served @ perla between 8:00 and 10:30. The buffet includes croissants, home made cake, bread, yogurt, nuts, eggs (scrambled and boiled) cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruit, juices and coffee & tea.
How can I cancel or adjust my reservation?
If you booked your room with us directly, you can change or cancel your reservation before 14:00 on the day of arrival. Please contact our reservations department via hello@perlahotel.com or 0541 647724 to discuss the possibilities (available on weekdays from 8:00 – 20:00 hours). We are happy to help you!

How do I get to Perla Hotel from the airport?
Take Bus 9 from the airport and get out at the stop Via Mosca and after take the n11 Riccione direction This takes about 20/30 minutes, depending on traffic or You can book a taxi just in fron of the exit way … will take around 10 minutes (depending on traffic) or Perla shuttle (book before) will take 10 minutes.:)
How do I get to Perla Hotel from Riccione Station?
Take bus 11, direction RIMINI . Get off at busstop N 43 (6 stops) then it’s just a 10 meter walk to the hotel (address: Via D’Annunzio, 77 ).
What is the maximum occupancy of a room?
The maximum occupancy of a twin/double room is 2 people, a triple room hosts 3 people. Due to fire safety regulations, it is not possible to place extra beds in the room
Can a baby bed be placed in the room?
Yes, children up to 15 kg can sleep in a baby cot in some of the rooms. The size of the bed is 120 cm. It needs to be reserved in advance for € 30 per night. Maximum 1 baby cot per room.
What is the city tax?
The city tax for 2022 fixed charge of 1,80 € p.p.p.day
Do you accept cash?

Can I rent a bike?
Yes, you can rent a bike to enjoy Riccione as a local. You can rent a city bike for only € 15 a day. In case you want to rent the bike for 2 days the second day costs € 10. To offer a comfortable bike experience for all, different sizes and shapes of bikes are available, just ask us about the possibilities!
Where can I get tickets for the trams and buses?
You can buy tickets in the tram or bus itself if you want a one-way ticket, in the bus and tram you can only pay with cash.
Do you offer car parking?
We have two solutions:
Outdoor parking space at a cost of € 10.00 per day ( € 12.00 in August).
This parking solution is not suitable for large vehicles (SUVs)
Underground parking 50 meters from the hotel at a cost of € 15.00 per day ( € 20.00 in August).
In the underground parking lot, VANs and LPG-powered cars cannot be parked.
The time limit is daily and follows the rules of room check in/check out ... from 14:00 on the day of arrival, to 10:00 on the day of departure.
Both parking lots are not insured or guarded.

here is shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and body lotion. The toiletries are from the brand Bighelow apothecaries USA.
Are the rooms air conditioned?
an air regulation system that keeps the rooms at the right temperature. You can set the temperature from 18 to 24 degrees.
